SBRC Beginners

SBRC hosts Beginners Learn-to-Run classes three times a week. The work-outs are geared toward new runners with limited experience, or those runners looking to get back into the sport after a prolonged break. This is a no-bars, no-prerequisite, entry-level running class. The only things you need are sneakers and shorts, and shorts are really optional. It is our sincerest hope that by the end of the program, you will be able to transition to our 10 min/mile group that meets every Thursday and Saturday for a 4-6 mile run.

Our Beginners Class meets at Carroll Park (corner of Court and President on Weekdays), three times a week, with morning and evening runs. We encourage you to make it out to as many runs as you can. If you have any questions about the program, please email us.
